How do I get there as a spectator/athlete?
By Plane:
* XNA (Northwest Arkansas National Airport) which is only a 20 minute drive to Downtown Bentonville.
* Tulsa International Airport which is approximately a 2 hour drive to Downtown Bentonville.
Parking for Festival Goers and Riders:
There is NO parking (not for riders, not for festival goers) at our festival venue but we offer plenty of options:
- FREE SHUTTLE BUS PICKUP POINT
Please be aware that you can not bring bulky items or bicycles on the shuttle busses. The shuttle bus pickup spot is only 1.7miles away.

From here use the greenway to ride or walk to the event, which is only 0.7 miles away.
- NAVIGATE TOWARDS THE BIKE FEST VENUE BY BIKE
We strongly encourage everyone to come by bike and make use of our on site bike valet parking presented by Walter P Moore. The safest and most convenient way to ride your bike from downtown (public parking or our official (shuttle) parking, is by using the bike lane on NW 3rd Street. Enter the Coler parking lot and then take a left on the greenway towards the festival grounds.
* Please do not park in any of the neighborhoods!
Parking For All Exhibitors, Sponsors and VIP
Make sure to hang your parking tag on your rear view mirror, or show your VIP/Exhibitor Badge to the security personnel. You will be granted access but anyone can be directed to the official parking in case the exhibitor or sponsor parking is full!

Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to offer every visitor free access to our festival site! Yet, for safety reasons and attendnace tracking, you will need to register for General Admission and show your QR code at any of the entrances.
Please register at home using your WIFI and download your QR code beforehand. The network at our venue may tend to be slower than usual with the influx of people.
Registration for Races, Rides and Workshops
All registrations, packet pickup and information booths will be located near the main entrance. Follow signs at the venue or find the instructions in your registration confirmation email.

Bike Parking:
There will be FREE bike valet parking available inside the Bentonville Bike Fest event site presented by Walter P. Moore.
Roll in from the Razorback Greenway to the Applgate Trail on SW 8th Street, or from the South end of Coler Mountain Bike Preserve; these routes will lead you straight to our event field.
