women shred presented by Arnicare, by Boiron is back!
As a celebration of women mountain bikers, the 6th annual women shred event aims at championing female mountain bikers through rides and workshops.
After many successful events, women shred caters to the experienced mountain biker who is in for a new discovery or for the novice rider who wants to hone her skills. The annual event continues to be dedicated to the inclusion of women and mountain biking. This year we partner with the Women of OZ again, who will host a First touch to MTB workshop....
First you meet at the festival area where you can pick up your goodie bag at the rider registration tent. Then you'll start in the women shred space with some balancing exercises, challenge you to ride over skinny beams (on the floor), master braking skills, learn to use your body and warm you up to go on the trails.
These legends will take you on to the Coler trail system and will decide according to the skill of your group which berm, drop or any other technical difficulty you love to improve at.
To be a better rider, ride safer and have better control skill is key!
Women of OZ, who take care of the essentials and first touch to MTB will introduce you to Mountainbiking and host the beginner workshops, guided by certified coaches.
Don't let these World class riders scare you, they are all very approachable and patient teachers who will explain you everything they learned from riding bikes all over the world in the past 3 decades. Don't miss this opportunity!
