Join Tom Hoehn, from Bentonville's Public Art Advisory Committee, for a unique Art Tour Ride! This relaxed-paced ride will take you throughout downtown exploring some of the over 140 public artworks in Bentonville. Jessica Pearson from the Bentonville Moves Coalition will also be on hand.

Since joining Bosch, Claudia has held numerous positions with increasing responsibility in the (automotive and non-automotive) areas of key account sales, original equipment sales and marketing. In 2009 she was the co-founder of the business division Bosch eBike Systems in Germany. In her position as the head of department for sales, service and marketing she was strongly involved in making Bosch a global market leader.
In 2014 she established the US based business unit Bosch eBike Systems Americas.To help shape the future of the bike industry and grow bicycling participation in America, Claudia serves on the PeopleForBikes board, Trade Association Committee (TAC) and is also co-chair of the PeopleForBikes eBike committee. An avid triathlete, she can be found training with her Orange County-based teams in her spare time.
Brady Carman,
NWA Bike Business Innovation Program Manager - PeopleForBikes, Panelist
Brady Carman is the PeopleForBikes Northwest Arkansas Bike Business Innovation Program Manager with PeopleForBikes, and is a passionate advocate for connecting people and communities, outdoor recreation, and entrepreneurial opportunities.. Prior to his work at PeopleForBikes, Brady spent eleven years teaching and leading at Fayetteville Public Schools before transitioning to his role where he drives communications, industry relations, and event programming for PFBNWA. Brady also serves on the Connect + Engage and Schools + Neighborhoods subcommittees with the Bentonville Moves Coalition, and as a bicycle advocate on the Fayetteville Active Transportation Advisory Committee.
Kourtney Barrett
Founder/Director - VELOCITY NWA, Panelist
Kourtney Barrett founded Velocity NWA in 2023, and leads efforts to create a seamless alternate mobility experience for associates, visitors, and the community at Walmart's new Home Office campus. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Kourtney has grown multiple businesses in the region and holds several patents. She co-founded JUNK Brands in 2011, specializing in headbands and lifestyle apparel, including a private label in Walmart stores. In 2019, she co-founded Women of OZ, the largest women’s mountain biking organization in the U.S.
Kourtney has served on the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Board, including as Chair in 2021, and has received accolades such as Arkansas 40 Under 40 and Woman of the Year from the GBACC. She holds a B.S. in Business Organization Management from John Brown University.
Outside of work, Kourtney enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, Beau, and their three children.
Allyson de la Houssaye
Consultant - PeopleForBikes, Moderator
Allyson is a consultant for the PeopleforBikes’ Bike Business Innovation team based in Northwest Arkansas. As a lifelong lover and rider of bikes, Allyson is passionate about bringing communities together through cycling. She serves as a Governor appointed Commissioner for the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resource Commision and is the Chair of the Bentonville Parks and Recreation board.
She is the co-founder of Women of OZ NWA, a nonprofit dedicated to getting more women on mountain bikes, Allyson has a rich background in the bike and outdoor industries.
